Michalak Contracting is a small South Central Pennsylvania business specializing in home remodeling services. The owner, Josh Michalak, has a knack for designing and building beautiful kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. His goal: to create perfect spaces that make your house your home.
The Challenge: Small construction businesses often regard logos and branding as utility rather than essential to how potential customers view their company. However, if you aim for perfection, your customer's first impression is crucial.
The Result: Houck Creative worked with Josh to understand his target customers and what he values as an artisan builder. Using this information, we presented initial sketches, concepts, and visual inspiration, followed by several rounds of logos. The client loved the tagline "DESIGN, BUILD, PERFECT," so we created a secondary stamp logo to use in abbreviated circumstances.
